I am confused. This product is only rated 91% top allergen free, based on the claim that it is not fragrance free. In the ingredients list, nowhere is the ingredient “fragrance” mentioned. Furthermore, all ingredients that have scent are natural herbal scents and would not cause an allergic response to virtually anyone. At the same time, many products from the mega beauty company Revlon claim to be top 100 free. Is it normal to have such glaring inconsistencies on this site?
