I hope I can ask a question here. I keep noticing that products listed as “eyelid safe” contain phenoxyethanol, which SkinSAFE states that eyelid safe is “free of Meibomian gland toxic ingredients including phenoxyethanol, parabens, and chlorpenesin”. Why is it that some products are still listed as such?
